Is M-VTU available nationwide?
Yes, you can buy airtime and data from anywhere in Nigeria, anytime, using your phone or computer. Our services work across all Nigerian networks and locations.
How much do I save with M-VTU?
Users typically save between ₦50–₦150 per recharge compared to official rates. Our rates are consistently 3-8% lower than standard prices, giving you better value for your money.
What if my top-up fails?
Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your wallet within 2 minutes. If you don't see the refund, contact our support team immediately at support@m-vtu.com or through the app.
How long does wallet funding take?
Card payments are instant! Bank transfers typically take 1-5 minutes during business hours, or up to 30 minutes during peak times. USSD payments are also instant.
Can I top-up someone else's phone?
Yes! You can buy airtime or data for any Nigerian phone number (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile). Just enter their number during purchase - it's perfect for gifting or helping family/friends.
Is payment secure?
Absolutely. We use Paystack, Flutterwave, and Monnify — all PCI DSS certified gateways with bank-level encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Do you have an API for developers?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Nigerian debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, USSD payments (*737* or *325*), and mobile money. All payments are processed securely through certified gateways.
Can I transfer money between wallets?
Yes! You can instantly transfer money between M-VTU wallets for free. Just enter the recipient's email or phone number, and the transfer is completed in seconds.
What bills can I pay with M-VTU?
You can pay electricity bills (PHCN, IBEDC, EKEDC, etc.), cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOTV, Startimes), internet bills, and other utility payments. We support all major service providers in Nigeria.
